As a storyteller, I am accustomed to finding words and creating phrases that narrate best a certain incident, place, person or object. I am very good at it. However, even I struggle to find the words to describe what I saw in Whitehorse. It is something that cannot really be described in words. Instead, it is felt through the emotions that engulfs you when you see it in front you. One has to see it,  feel it, and become part of it, in order to realize its magnificence.

Rhye tells me there is another camp filled with Japanese visitors. Apparently, they are the largest demographic visiting the Yukon for Aurora Borealis viewings. The belief is that if a child is conceived the night when the lights are observed, the child is born lucky. The sighting is thus considered very auspicious by them.
